EVICTION PROCESSING

Our eviction team secures an attorney from our local network or employs yours upon your request.

We inspect the collateral on a biweekly basis to monitor condition and occupancy status. We negotiate "cash for keys" if requested, initiate evictions if indicated, and arrange move-outs and personal property storage. Throughout, applicable state laws governing evictions are carefully followed.

During the eviction process, our eviction team provides biweekly reports detailing asset activity and conditions of concern.

Upon gaining access to the vacated asset life safety defects are identified along with necessary maintenance and repairs. Subject to your approval all required securitization, repairs, and maintenance are preformed.
